Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, and scan merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Process customer returns and damaged goods according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and follow instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
