Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols and schedules.
- Inspect machinery and equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any issues.
- Organize, stack, and inventory merchandise to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in warehouse operations or forklift operation is a plus, but we train Entry Level candidates.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
