Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license (Class D or higher)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle, IL facility
