Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse floors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
