Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory records using handheld scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspace conditions
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support outbound shipping operations including loading trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
