Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors and scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and documenting inventory
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
