Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently in designated storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (must provide proof)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
