Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize warehouse space through efficient pallet stacking and organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate records
- Support warehouse cleanliness and hazard prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic inventory management familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
