Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse and yard environments
- Load/unload trailers and containers using proper stacking techniques
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist with cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
