Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory with WMS systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification required)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
