Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and order.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Forklift Operator license required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and forklift maintenance.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or completing digital forms.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
