Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends (overtime required)
