Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and palletize inventory using proper stacking techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 6 months recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed)
