Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect machinery for safety defects and perform pre-shift maintenance checks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient logistics operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Follow all company protocols for equipment handling and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (training provided for entry-level applicants).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
