Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products and inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and equipment usage
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No experience required! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license (commercial license preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Team player with excellent communication skills
