Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Verify inventory quantities and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read work orders.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
