Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Organize and stage materials for shipping/receiving operations
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
