Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Perform inventory counts and documentation for accurate stock management
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screening required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
