Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to organize inventory and maintain orderly storage areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Complete accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for training certification)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including occasional overtime
