Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials in a warehouse setting
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of trucks and containers following OSHA standards
- Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to San Jose, VA worksite
