Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision using pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficiency
- Operate in temperature-controlled environments
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willing to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
