Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials throughout the facility
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload shipments with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
