Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load/unload shipments accurately
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and document warehouse activities
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspace standards
- Assist in training new operators on safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
