Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Perform loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and checklists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (forklift license) is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
