Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trailers, railcars, and storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet shipping deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate inventory counts and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory data.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts.
