Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move palletized materials throughout the warehouse
- Load/unload freight trucks and containers using precision equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support inventory audits and cycle count operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Forklift operation experience with high-reach equipment preferred
- Basic math skills and inventory system knowledge
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
