Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and dock operations
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift schedules (day/night/weekend)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
