Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Ensure proper stacking and secure storage of materials in designated areas
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
