Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations
- Execute inventory management tasks with precision using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all material movements and inventory discrepancies accurately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
