Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and organizing stock in designated areas.
- Perform daily safety inspections on all equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator license (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
