Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts and other heavy machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect forklifts for damage and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Operate forklifts in strict adherence to all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
