Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse operating procedures
- Accurately track inventory using RF scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Complete daily shift logs and productivity reports
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems
