Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Load/unload trucks with precision while minimizing product damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Organize warehouse storage zones for optimal space utilization
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift types: sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, order picker
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
