Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation in warehouse environments
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in order picking, packing, and shipping processes as needed
- Complete accurate paperwork and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driverâs license preferred
