Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
