Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including pallets and aisles.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Forklift License).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background: Clean background check and drug screen required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
