Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect equipment for operational safety before each shift
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
