Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with company protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including equipment sanitization
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to the Austin, FL facility
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
