Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to verify functionality and safety.
- Accurately verify inventory counts and maintain stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
