Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/facility
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless material flow transitions
- Optimize storage space utilization through efficient stacking/palletizing
- Complete daily productivity logs and shift reports
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance procedures
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
