Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) efficiently and safely in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks, stage materials, and manage inventory with precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime potential
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
