Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete necessary documentation for inventory tracking
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid state ID required (pre-employment background check)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Team player with reliable attendance record
