Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Assist in general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train! (Must pass background/drug screen)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus, GA facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
