Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving, packing, and shipping tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to North Carolina facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)
