Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, counting, and documentation of products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Participate in regular safety training and certification renewals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience with valid certification
- Ability to operate various equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
