Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately stock and retrieve products, maintaining accurate inventory counts and records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage during transit and ensure proper handling to prevent breakage.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of shipments, damages, and inventory movements as required by management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always mandatory for indoor warehouse roles.
