Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse settings
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using pallet jacks and scanners
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend production targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times
Qualifications
- No experience required! We provide comprehensive paid forklift certification training
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
