Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow inventory protocols and document material movements accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable transportation to work site
