Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently in designated storage areas
- Assist in receiving, scanning, and documenting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
