Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and palletize inventory with precision and efficiency
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support physical inventory counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/OT)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
